In June 2007 a new restaurant was opened in Bucharest. During the inauguration ceremony a lot of famous names were present from different areas like: show biz, sports, fashion and national and international politics.

Protagonists of this adventure were two special personalities:

The first one is Salvatore Cavallo, a famous Italian entrepreneur that runa his business in different areas of economy. His operational base is situated in Frankfurt Germany, where in addition to the real estate and food distribution activities he opened in the last 15 years a chain of 8 restaurants, all branded with the name Isoletta Ristorante. Another operational center of Mr. Cavallo is in Calabria, his native area, where he is active with a series of tourist activity hotels among which detaches a beautiful four stars residence hotel: www.floridavillage.it.

The second personality of Ristorante Isoletta is the famous beautiful actress and showgirl Ramona Badescu, who is the soul and heart of this place. The restaurant, typically Italian offers to the clients a various kitchen, but the speciality is the fish kitchen.
